Home Buyer's Inspection
National Property Inspections (NPI) can help you avoid surprises with a
pre-purchase home inspection. We understand how important it is for you to know
everything possible about your prospective home. Our inspections meet the
standards set by the American Institute of Inspectors
AII standards of practice, as well as any local regulations
concerning home inspections.
An NPI home inspection includes a visual inspection of:
Foundation,
Roof,
Siding,
Furnace,
Air Conditioner,
Electrical Systems,
Plumbing,
Lots and Grounds,
Flashing and much more.
We understand that time is limited when you're making a home buying
decision. We make scheduling an inspection easy.
We will work with you to best meet your needs.
You will know the true condition of your home so you can make an informed
purchase decision.
Home Seller's Pre-Listing Inspection
An NPI pre-listing Home Inspection provides powerful benefits:
~
There's no waiting for a potential buyer to order a home inspection.
~ You'll impress buyers with proof of your home's condition inside and out.
~ Correct problems and eliminate last-minute repair hassles that could delay
closing.
~ Decrease the chances of unknown problems that cause sales to fall through.
~ Get a better price for your home.
If a buyer is choosing between your pre-inspected home and another home without
an inspection, there is a better chance they will choose yours.
New Home / Builder's Warranty
Inspection
Take advantage of the opportunity to document construction defects before your
12-month builder's warranty expires. By working with National Property
Inspections (NPI), you can provide your builder with a thorough, written summary
of any defects to be corrected while your home is still under warranty.
It's a good idea to have an independent authority conduct your home inspection.
That way you have the security of knowing you have a complete and accurate
account of your home's condition.
Radon Testing
The Surgeon General advises that every home should be tested for radon every two
years.

Pest & Dry Rot Inspections
If you have scheduled a Home Inspection a
Pest and Dry Rot Inspection will be conducted at the same time
for no extra charge. These findings will be included in the body of the Home
Inspection Report.
Pest and Dry Rot Inspections can also be
ordered as a stand alone inspection. These will be conducted in accordance with
the American Institute of Inspectors
(AII)
standards of practice.
