Pest & Dry Rot Inspections
If you have scheduled a Home Inspection a Pest and Dry Rot Inspection will be conducted at the same time for no extra charge. These findings will be included in the body of the Home Inspection Report.

Pest and Dry Rot Inspections can also be ordered as a stand alone inspection. These will be conducted in accordance with the American Institute of Inspectors (AII) standards of practice.
